Here’s my 30‑60‑90 day plan to rebuild GTM.

GTM leadership isn’t about viral launches and campaigns.

It’s about orchestrating resources to drive adoption, profit, and growth.

You have to deliver results as if your job depends on it.

Because it does.

𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 30 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 → 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞:

People

→ Interview product, sales, CS, marketing.

→ Assess roles, workflows, accountability, AI fluency.

→ Build trust and gather intelligence

Market

→ Analyze trends, competitors, opportunities.

→ Review roadmap and historical GTM performance.

→ Talk to at least 10 customers.

Execution

→ Use the product. Join customer calls.

→ Document findings in a GTM brief.
